Tisha B'av

Tisha B'av - The saddest day on the Jewish calendar. It is the date when both our Holy Temples were destroyed, and exile, persecution and spiritual blackness began. A couple of laws to keep in mind for this mournful day: refrain from eating and drinking, bathing, wearing shoes that contain leather, marital relations and regular Torah study.

Shabbat Start time: 8:00 pmFriday Night - July 24

Fast Begins8:19 pmSaturday Night - July 25

Shabbat Ends9:06 pmSaturday Night - July 25

Fast Ends: 8:49 pmSunday Night - July 26

Join your community this Saturday night to commemorate the destruction of our Holy Temples together and hear the traditional Eicha reading.

May we merit to see the revelation of the imminent redemption with the building of the Third Holy Temple this Tisha B'av!

Have an easy fast, Shabbat Shalom!
